The standard appliances include a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

The fitness center and clubhouse are open 24/7. The pool area closes at 10 pm.

Yes, residents will receive a parking pass. Guests have designated parking areas.

Residents can pay rent by using the online portal, a check, or a money order.

Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance.

You can use Xfinity for Internet and cable.

You will need to provide proof of income, rental or mortgage history, and government issued ID.

Rent and water will be paid directly to the property. You are responsible for electric, cable, and wifi.

You will receive a refund of the administrative fee and the security deposit. The application fee is non-refundable.

You can complete the application on our website or in the office. Application fees are $75/per person. Administrative fee is $250. A $150 deposit is required as well.

There is no public transportation near the apartment complex.

Powell Elementary School, Powell Middle school, and Powell High School are in the property's school district.

Kroger, Ingles, Target, and Walmart are shopping centers nearby.
